1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) constitute a legally binding agreement between you (“User”, “you”, or “your”) and AI Labs TN, operating the platform RootsVisionAI (“RootsVisionAI”, “RVA”, “we”, “us”, or “our”).

These Terms govern your access to and use of:

• The RootsVisionAI website
• Mobile and web applications
• APIs, AI-powered features, and related services

By accessing or using RootsVisionAI, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must discontinue use immediately.

2. Platform Description

RootsVisionAI is a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) healthcare and personal care booking platform that enables users to:

• Search for healthcare and personal care providers
• Book appointments for themselves or dependants
• Access AI-assisted symptom analysis and recommendations
• Manage bookings, reminders, and health records
• Enable providers to manage services, staff, and schedules

RootsVisionAI may include AI-generated insights intended solely for informational and assistive purposes.

3. User Roles & Eligibility

The platform supports the following user roles:

• Patients / End Users: Individuals booking services for themselves or dependants
• Providers: Hospitals, clinics, doctors, beauty care services, and staff
• Platform Admins: Authorized personnel of AI Labs TN

You must be at least 18 years old to use RootsVisionAI. Minors may use the platform only under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian.

4. AI & Medical Disclaimer

RootsVisionAI provides AI-powered features that may analyze symptoms, booking history, and contextual data.

IMPORTANT:

• AI outputs are informational and assistive only
• They do not constitute medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment
• AI responses may contain inaccuracies or incomplete information

Users must always consult a qualified healthcare professional for medical advice. In emergencies, contact local emergency services immediately.

5. Provider Responsibilities

Providers using RootsVisionAI agree that:

• They are solely responsible for medical decisions and outcomes
• They must obtain valid patient consent before uploading personal or medical data
• They comply with applicable healthcare and data protection laws
• They do not make misleading or false claims through the platform

RootsVisionAI acts as a technology facilitator and does not control provider services.

6. Patient Responsibilities

Patients agree to:

• Provide accurate and truthful information
• Use the platform lawfully and responsibly
• Not misuse AI outputs or interpret them as medical advice
• Respect providers and platform policies

7. Appointments, Payments & Refunds

• Appointment availability is determined by providers
• Fees, cancellations, and refunds are governed by provider policies
• RootsVisionAI is not responsible for provider cancellations or delays

Subscription or platform fees, if applicable, are non-refundable unless explicitly stated.

8. Intellectual Property

All platform software, designs, logos, AI models, and content are the intellectual property of AI Labs TN or its licensors.

Users retain ownership of their personal data but grant RootsVisionAI a limited license to process such data to provide services.

9. Acceptable Use

Users must comply with the Acceptable Use Policy (AUP). Prohibited activities include but are not limited to:

• Illegal or fraudulent use
• Unauthorized access or data scraping
• Uploading malicious or harmful content
• Misuse of AI-generated outputs

10. Advertising & Promotions

Providers may advertise services subject to platform approval. All claims remain the responsibility of the provider.

RootsVisionAI reserves the right to remove misleading or non-compliant promotions.

11. Third-Party Services

The platform may integrate third-party services (e.g., maps, payment gateways, messaging services).

RootsVisionAI is not responsible for third-party service availability, accuracy, or policies.

12. Data Protection & Privacy

Data handling is governed by the Privacy Policy and applicable Indian laws, including the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.

Providers act as Data Controllers; RootsVisionAI acts as a Data Processor.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, RootsVisionAI shall not be liable for:

• Medical outcomes or decisions
• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Loss of data, revenue, or business

14. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless AI Labs TN from claims arising out of your misuse of the platform or violation of these Terms.

15. Suspension & Termination

RootsVisionAI may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms or applicable laws, without prior notice.

16. Modifications to Platform

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time without liability.

17. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts located in Tamil Nadu, India shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
