Acceptable Use Policy

1. Purpose

This Acceptable Use Policy (“AUP”) governs the acceptable and prohibited use of the RootsVisionAI platform (“Platform”), operated by AI Labs TN.

2. Who This Applies To

• Patients and end users
• Healthcare providers, clinics, hospitals
• Staff, administrators, and partners

3. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Platform only for lawful and intended purposes, including:

• Searching for healthcare or personal care providers
• Booking and managing appointments
• Managing health records with proper consent
• Using AI features for informational or assistive purposes only

4. Prohibited Activities

You must NOT:

• Upload false, misleading, or unauthorized medical data
• Use the Platform to provide unlicensed medical advice
• Attempt to bypass security or access controls
• Scrape, crawl, or automate access without permission
• Upload malware, harmful code, or malicious content
• Impersonate another person or entity
• Violate patient privacy or confidentiality
• Use the Platform for illegal, abusive, or fraudulent activities

5. AI Usage Restrictions

• AI outputs must not be treated as medical advice
• Providers remain fully responsible for medical decisions
• Users must verify AI information with professionals

6. Enforcement

AI Labs TN may suspend or terminate access for violations of this AUP, without prior notice, to protect users, data, and platform integrity.

7. Reporting Abuse

Violations may be reported to: support@rootsvisionai.org

8. Updates

This AUP may be updated periodically. Continued use constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
